About Us

"Slavery is one of the worst forms of violence-as is the denial of education. Education is key to liberating children from slavery."

Botiminto means “for the sake of tomorrow” in Bissa, the language spoken in Zigla-Koulpele, a small village in Burkina Faso.

We aim to motivate and incentivize students, especially those in, elementary, middle and high school to see education as the most viable way out of poverty.
Initially, Botiminto will focus its operations in the province of Boulgou and the village of Zigla-Koulpelé, Burkina Faso.

However, our long term goal is to extend our operation and activities to reach more localities in Burkina Faso, potentially in neighboring countries, and ultimately operate on a global scale.
